Steaks & Prime Rib

Exclusively, individually cut from USDA choice grade or better. Aged for a minimum of 21 days, hand selected and Government inspected to exhibit excellent "marbling" and superior flavor.

Beef selections include choice of baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, French fries, rice pilaf, cottage cheese or fresh steamed vegetables.

Prime Rib
Oregon Electric Station's signature prime rib seasoned with our house recipe seasoning salt, slow roasted in special ovens designed to retain the meat's natural juices and served with creamed horseradish and garlic mashed potatoes.

All of our steaks are broiled and finished with maitre d' butter.

Top Sirloin
Lean and flavorful. We use only center cuts.

Marinated in soy sauce, fresh garlic, sake, herbs and spices, topped with pineapple and thick teriyaki sauce.

Filet Mignon
Thick and juicy, this it the most tender steak in the house.

Choice grade tenderloin pan seared with garlic, shallots and mushrooms, deglazed with brandy and beef stock, finished with Dijon mustard.

Add the following favorites to any entree.

Scampi
Large prawns sautéed in lemon butter, white wine, fresh garlic, mushrooms and scallions.
Add $12.95 to entree price.

Lobster Tail
Only the finest Australian tails brushed with butter, paprika and dry sherry, then baked.
Add $21.95 to entree price.

Oysters
Fresh extra small yearling oysters lightly floured then pan fried and finished with a dash of brandy and parsley.
Add $12.95

Additional side dishes of baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, French fires, rice pilaf, cottage cheese or fresh steamed vegetables available for $2.25 each.

We will gladly split entrees for an additional $5.00 charge.
