OES's signature prime rib starts with Sterling Silver Certified premium USDA choice prime rib seasoned with our house recipe seasoning salt, slow roasted in special ovens designed to retain the meat's natural juices and served with creamed horseradish, steamed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.

Steaks
All of our steaks are certified USDA choice beef. Aged and carefully seasoned, then broiled and finished with maitre d' butter. Beef selectioins include fresh vegetables and frech bread, your choice of soup or garden salad and your choice of baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes or french fries.

Seafood
We serve only the highest quality freshest fish available. Seafood selections include choice of soup or garden salad, rice pilaf, fresh vegetables and French bread.

Pasta
The Oregon Electric Station also has a greatly expanded pasta menu, including the restaurant's legendary seafood fettucine, prepared with a mouthwatering mixture of fish, scallops, shrimp and fresh pasta smothered in the sauce of your choice.
